At your core, you are pure awareness. Most of that is covered over with negativity. As that negativity is released, that which is the true you is revealed.
The true you is the space for all the form in your life. What you think; what you believe; what you see is not you. You are.
I Am. that is all. Everything else is form which comes from the I Am.
